A 60,500 lb. Impregnation Vessel is headed to a pulp and paper mill in West Monroe, Louisiana, where it will serve as a crucial component in the mechanical pulping process.
Fabricated with 2205 Duplex stainless steel, the vessel measures 38’-9” long by 10’-0” in diameter and is traveling with additional components, including new connection piping and access platforms for equipment attached to the vessel.
This project represents the full-service industrial capabilities of Miller. From fabrication, machining, waterjet cutting, and assembly by Miller Industrial Manufacturing to the upcoming removal and installation by the field services division of Miller Mechanical Services, the work reflects a coordinated approach across multiple areas of industrial expertise.
