The Miller Waterjet Dept. is currently working on a large production order for a pharmaceutical and medical device company.

This process starts with cutting precision blanks with our 87k PSI Flow Waterjets.

Once the blanks are cut they are 75% complete and need finish machining. The next step involves a move to our Haas Mill with a combination of high-feed drills and countersinks.

This process takes approximately 60 seconds to complete a part. This highlights the importance of being able to Waterjet Cut a large volume of precision blanks to make final machining fast and efficient.
